Process flow for appeals

Appeals may involve reviewing all necessary information, such as manuals, procedures, audit reports and correspondence.

QAICPL may make institutional arrangements under its control, such as arranging for auditors, appellants and interested parties to be interviewed, to aid the investigation.

If the appellant is not satisfied with the outcome, they can escalate to the accreditation body.

Process flow for complaints

Complaints should provide the information needed for QAICPL to understand the concern and support a proper review.

  1. Name of person making the complaint.
  2. Designation and company.
  3. Nature of complaint.
  4. Details of complaint, including objective evidence to support the complaint where possible.
  5. Date and signature of the person making the complaint.
