Who may use it
The QAICPL Certification Mark may be used only by parties to which a Certificate of Registration to a Management System Standard has been awarded by QAI Certification Pte Ltd.

The QAICPL Certification Mark is a controlled mark for certified organisations. Its use must stay within the certificate scope, validity period and conditions set by QAI Certification Pte Ltd.
Core rule
Use the mark only within approved certification scope.
Use must not imply product certification, uncertified activity or services outside the certified scope.

Certification mark usage requirements
Validity period
The mark may only be used for the duration of validity indicated on the Certificate unless certification is renewed by continuation.
Certified scope
The mark must not suggest that a particular product, activity or service outside the certification scope has been certified by QAICPL.
No discredit or misleading use
The mark must not be used in a manner that brings discredit to QAICPL or misleads viewers about the certification.
Cease use requirements
When certified companies must stop using the mark
The certified company must review use of the certification mark when the certification scope is reduced or changed. It must immediately cease use of the Certification Mark and stop distributing materials bearing the mark in the following cases.

Upon being suspended or withdrawn by QAICPL.

Upon voluntarily relinquishing its certified status.

Upon receiving reasonably adequate notice from QAICPL that there has been a change in the current Certification Mark. The certified company must switch to the new Certification Mark within the time period mutually agreed with QAICPL.
Promotional material
The QAICPL Certification Mark may be used in promotional material such as letterheads, name cards and banners, subject to approval by QAICPL and provided that the certification scope is clearly indicated alongside the Certification Mark.
Calibration and test reports
The QAICPL Certification Mark must strictly not be used on calibration reports or test reports issued by the certified company in a manner that suggests any product or equipment has been certified by QAICPL.
