The audit team may carry out document review of the organisation's management documented information to determine whether the documented information meets the audit criteria.
Preparation also identifies any additional documents needed for review and includes planning for the on-site audit.

Opening Meeting
The audit team begins the on-site audit with an opening meeting so the audit activity can proceed with clear scope, expectations and communication.

Commencing Audit
The audit methodology comprises document review, physical inspection and interview.

Closing Meeting
The audit team closes the on-site audit process and communicates relevant audit outcomes before reporting is completed.

Report Writing
The audit team leader provides a written WSH Audit Report for each audit to the client. The report includes identified opportunities for improvement without recommending specific solutions.

Report Delivery
The client will receive softcopy of the WSH Audit Report and Testimony of Audit within 14 working days.
